Hello! I'm Ali Temel , a research assistant based in Izmir, Turkey. I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My goal is to build products that easy on the eye and user friendly websites. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I’m quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn new technologies. This is my first website and I am trying to build things with HTML, CSS and JavaScript nowadays.
Design comprehends the essential functionality of the overall user experience. My endeavours are to design interfaces and experiences that people can appreciate on all digital platforms. I always try to improve my eye for design and make sure the interface is well-designed.
I am an intended web developer and I have a special interest in building user-friendly web sites. I am aware that there is a long way ahead of me but my goal is to learn and digest new technologies. As a professional, my expertise is coastal engineering and i had the opportunity to gain knowledge of numerical modelling (MIKE21) in my 6 years work experience. I have improved my skills about wave statistics and design of breakwaters by contributing to several projects.
I study PhD in hydraulic and water resources at Dokuz Eylul University and work full time as a research assistant.

I have technical experience on wave and hydrodynamic modelling (MIKE21 SW, BW, HD, ST) of coastal processes, computational hydraulics and CFD applications. I have strengthened my design skills by contributing to several industrial port projects.
